Q: How do I check messages in my inbox?

A: Log into your account on Wilime.com. Messages will appear above the “Profile Tab” on the top right corner. Click on “Profile” to access your messages.

Q: How do I edit my profile?

A: Once you log into your account, click on the “Profile” tab, your current profile will be displayed.  Click on the “Edit” tab and change your profile as your wish. Remember to save your changes as you make them. You can also set the preferences for what you would like others to see. Simply click on “Change” to access this feature.

Q: How do I delete my profile?

A: Once you have logged into your profile, click on the “Settings” tab. Click on “Delete Account” tab. You account will be deleted as requested.

Q: How do I upload a photo?

A: If you would like to upload a new photo, log into your account. Click on “Profile”, then click on “Change Avatar” tab to upload your photo. You can also upload multiple photos by selecting the “Album” tab and set the preferences for the pictures you would like others to see.

Q: I’ve lost my password, how can it be retrieved?

A: Click on the “Log In” tab at the top right corner. Click on “Forgot your username or password” link. Your password will them be emailed to you at the email address you provided to access your account.

Q: How do I update my status?

A: Once you have logged into your profile, simply update your status in the text box provide from the “Activity” tab. Here you can also review changes other members have made to their profile. Your feedback is important to us. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
